Eight cards are dealt to each player. Remainder are placed face down in centre of table. Player on dealer's left takes top card and discards one from hand face down in a second pack. When first pack is exhausted shuffle discards and proceed as before.

When any player holds five connecting cards of a figure they must be placed face up on the table, and any player holding a card of that figure must at his next turn add it to the figure and discard as usual (thus ridding hand of one card). Penalty for failure 100 points.

After a player has five cards exposed he must not keep two of any figure in his hand. Penalty 50 points. When any player has disposed of all his cards the other players count ten for each card left in hand except penalty cards, which score against player as above.

The game finishes when any player loses 500 points. For more than four players use two packs of cards.
